Are you looking to move your podcast from Buzzsprout to Podpal? If so, awesome! We're glad you're making the switch.
As mentioned in the Switch from Buzzsprout to Podpal article, to move your show you need to do 2 main steps:
Import your podcast into Podpal
Request a 301 redirect from your old host
For Step 1, Buzzsprout has a few settings that might prevent you from importing your podcast into Podpal. To be sure you don't get lost or hung up on Step 1, be sure to change the following settings in Buzzsprout before you try to import your feed into Podpal:
Unlock the Feed Transfer
Navigate to the 'Podcast Info' tab
Click on the 'Advanced' link in the grey banner
Scroll down to the "Lock Feed from Transfer" and 'Uncheck' this box
Update the Podcast Owner's Email
Navigate to the 'Directories' tab
Click on the 'RSS Feed' link in the grey banner
Scroll down to the "RSS Feed Ownership Verification" and click the 'Add an email to your RSS feed' link.
Enter an email address that you have access to into the 'Email' input field.
Click the 'Add Email for 24 Hours' button
