Importing your Podcast into Podpal
Before you can move your podcast from RedCircle, you'll want to make sure you've imported your existing podcast into Podpal. This video explains what it means to import and redirect your feed:
**Please note: Before you can import your podcast into Podpal, you may need to update the owner email settings in RedCircle.
To update the owner email setting in RedCircle, follow these steps:
Log into your RedCircle account on the web.
Select the podcast you're planning to move to Podpal
Click the three dots '(...)' next to the title of your podcast and select 'Podcast Settings'
Scroll down to the 'Contact Email' field
Update the 'Contact Email' field to an email that you have access to
Click 'Save' to save your settings
Redirecting your RSS Feed from RedCircle to Podpal
Switching your host from RedCircle to Podpal is easy and only takes a few minutes! After you've imported your podcast, follow these few steps to set up a 301 redirect from your RedCircle account to make your move official:
Log into your RedCircle account on the web
Click the three dots '(...)' next to the title of your podcast and select 'Remove Podcast'
From there, expand the 'Redirect Podcast' section
In the "Your new hosting platform" section, select Podpal from the dropdown or "Other" if Podpal is not listed.
Paste your Podpal RSS feed into the field labeled "Your New RSS Feed"
Check the box to confirm your understanding and desire to redirect
Click the 'Redirect' button to officially move your podcast feed to Podpal.

RedCircle recommends giving it about 30 days for this to fully take effect across all platforms you're distributed to. You can delete your RedCircle account, but we'd strongly recommend not doing so until after that 30-day period has taken place, to make sure you retain your listeners through the switching process.
